INTRODUCTION:
The uterine cervix can be affected by conditions that are unusual. Diagnosis and management becomes challenging when the disease process and natural history are less well understood.

We present three rare conditions affecting the cervix that caused significant morbidity in patients.
RESULTS:
One patient had huge necrosed cervical fibroid and underwent myomectomy followed by hysterectomy. The second patient had a coexistent large Nabothian cyst with a large Gartner’s cyst. The third patient had metastatic cervical deposits of Phylloides tumor.

Detailed clinical examination, thorough imaging and management by experts can optimize outcomes.
