Injuries of the Ankle: A Comprehensive Guide for Non-Medical Professionals

Ankle injuries are common in various settings, including sports, outdoor activities, and daily life. This guide provides non-medical professionals with a structured approach to understanding and managing ankle injuries, including blunt and penetrating trauma.
