Management of Pyogenic granuloma in pediatric: Case series

Abstract
Pyogenic granuloma is most common inflammatory hyperplasia occurring in oral cavity. It is caused by exaggerated response to chronic low grade irritation due to trauma or irritating factors. In this case series we present two cases of pyogenic granuloma occurring on maxillary and mandibular posterior region with etiology being erupting teeth and post extraction. Both the cases are treated with surgical excision only.
